واقع وآثار ظاهرة تقليد الأدوية عبر العالم وسبل علاجها

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة تقليد الأدوية مشكلة متفاقمة ليس فقط في البلدان النامية بل حتى في البلدان المتقدمة و يترتب عليها آثار وانعكاسات ضارة على كافة النواحي خاصة الاجتماعية و من منطلق هذه الأضرار التي يتعرض لها المرضى و الأضرار الاقتصادية التي تتكبدها الشركات الكبرى من خسائر جراء عمليات التقليد، و بحكم زيادة أهميتها الاقتصادية و دخولها في تحالفات عالمية قوية مع شركات أخرى في إنتاج الأدوية ساهم في ممارستها ضغوطات على دولها من أجل إبرام المعاهدات الإقليمية و الدولية الهادفة إلى ضمان حقوق شركاتها تجاه مخاطر الاعتداء على حقوقها في مجال المنتجات الدوائية. و في هذه الورقة البحثية ارتأينا الإشارة لمختلف أسباب انتشارها وآثار استهلاكها على الجانب الاجتماعي، كما بينا طرق الحماية المقدمة للأدوية بغرض محاربة التقليد،كما قدمنا بعض النتائج و التوصيات في الخاتمة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة. Abstract : The phenomenon tradition drugs a growing problem not only in developing countries but even in developed countries and the consequent effects and implications Dharhaly all fields, especially social and in terms of the damage suffered by the patients and the economic damage incurred by the major companies from losses due to counterfeiting, and by virtue of increase economic importance and has entered into a strong global alliances with other companies in the production of medicines contributed to the pressure on its practice for the conclusion of treaties, regional and international efforts to ensure the rights of its risk to the attack on their rights in the field of pharmaceutical products. In this paper we decided to refer to the various causes and effects of consumption on the social side, as we have ways of protection provided drugs for the purpose of the fight against counterfeiting, as we presented some of the findings and recommendations in the conclusion to eliminate this dangerous phenomenon.
