الملخص
تعتبر دراسة الجدوى الفنية والهندسية أحد الأركان الأساسية في دراسة جدوى المشروعات والتي تقوم استنادا إلى البيانات والمعلومات والنتائج المتوصل إليها في دراسة الجدوى التسويقية وتنصرف إلى تحديد الاحتياجات الفنية للمشروع الجديد اللازمة لإنشائه وتشغيله حيث تتمثل الدراسة الفنية في مجموعة الاختبارات و التقديرات والتصورات المتعلقة ببحث مدى إمكانية إقامة المشروعــــات الاستثمارية فنيا ذلك انها تنطوي على مجموعة الدراسات التي من خلالها يتم التأكد من سلامة تنفيذ المشروع المقترح من الناحية الفنية من عدمه ولذا فإن الدراسة الفنية لجدوى المشروع تقوم على أساس الدراسة التفصيلية للبدائل التكنولوجية التي تحقق الأهداف بشكل أفضل للتنمية الاقتصادية ولجميع أطراف الظروف المحيطة بالمشروع.
