الملخص

The findings of this study show that the human relationships between Primary School teachers reaches to its higher levels as a reality and as a practicality within the school, where their completed degrees realized values beyond their usual average. In fact, there were no differences in those degrees that refer back to variables such as sex, age, work experience, educational level, or difference in schools, thus establishing stronger relationships. This behavior, in turn, strengthens the Algerian school.
