مدى ممارسة مبادئ الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية - دراسة حالة لعينة من المؤسسات التربوية بولاية عين الدفلى-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى ممارسة مبادئ الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية لعينة من المؤسسات التربوية بولاية عين الدفلى، حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة كأداة للدراسة وتم الاعتماد على 100 استمارة التي كانت صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، كما تم استخدام برنامج الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، بما فيها المتوسطات المتحركة والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي للتحقق من صحة فرضيات الدراسة، حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: -وجود ممارسة للحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية لولاية عين الدفلى من وجهة نظر الأفراد العاملين لديها من أساتذة وإداريين على المبادئ كافة) الشفافية، المشاركة، المساءلة، مكافحة الفساد وسيادة القانون، العدالة، الكفاءة والفعالية(، إلا أن مبدأ الشفافية، والمساءلة يمارسان بدرجة عالية مقارنة بالمبادئ الأخرى. -عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 5% في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مدى ممارسة الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية محل الدراسة تعزي إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 5% في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مدى ممارسة الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية محل الدراسة تعزي إلى متغير سنوات الخدمة. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 5% في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مدى ممارسة الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية محل الدراسة تعزي إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 5% في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو مدى ممارسة الحوكمة في المؤسسات التربوية محل الدراسة تعزي إلى متغير الوظيفة. This study aims of revealing the extent to which the governance ‘s the principles are practiced in educational institutions the state of Ain Defla, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the research instrument that was applited is a questionnaire and 100 sample were used for the statistical analysis, The SPSS program was used used, including moving averages, standard deviations and non -variance analysis to validate the hypotheses of the study. This research ended up with the following results: -the Existence of governance practice in the educational institutions of Ain Defla according to the employees of the educational institutions point of view including tranparency , participation, accountability anti-corruption l’aw superemacy , justice, efficiency and effectiveness), for both teachers and administrations bawave, the principle of transparency and accountability are practiced with higher degree. - There are no statistically differences significant at the level of 5% in the participant’s responses towards the extent of the exercise of the governance existence in the in the educational institutions under the following variable gender. - There are statistically differences significant at the level of 5% in the participant’s responses towards the extent of the exercise of the governance existence in the in the educational institutions under the following variable years of service, -There are statistically differences significant at the level of 5% in the participant’s responses towards the extent of the exercise of the governance existence in the in the educational institutions under the following variable educational qualification. -There are no statistically differences significant at the level of 5% in the participant’s responses towards the extent of the exercise of the governance existnce in the in the educational institutions under the following variables occupation.
