E-mail hobaramohamed@gmail.com 3. د/ حرزلي حسين جامعة محمد خيضر –بسكرة- الملخص : تعتبر التربية البدنية والرياضية ميدانا من الميادين التي يظهر فيها التأثير في شخصية الطفل، حيث يُجمع كل المختصين أن مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي هي المرحلة الحساسة لأنها تلامس بناء الطفل في جميع الجوانب، خصوصا الجانب الجسدي، والذي يؤثر على باقي الجوانب سلبا أو إيجابا، من هنا تكمن أهمية التربية البدنية في شخصية الناشئة، والذي يعكس دور القائمين به هناك- أي أساتذة الابتدائي في المدرسة الابتدائية-، من هذا المنطلق يمكن طرح التساؤلات التالية: -ما طبيعة اتجاهات أساتذة الابتدائي نحو نشاط التربية البدنية والرياضية ؟ -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة المهنية ؟ اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ واستخدمت استبيان الاتجاهات نحو التربية البدنية والرياضية مكون من 16 عبارة؛ وزع على عينة مكونة من 60 معلم من كلا الجنسين؛ وكانت النتائج المتوصل إليها كالتالي: - هناك اتجاهات ايجابية لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي نحو نشاط التربية البدنية والرياضية . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس و الخبرة المهنية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من الاقتراحات أهمها: تخصيص أساتذة جامعيين من فروع التربية البدنية و الرياضية لتدريس هذا النشاط بكل دقة و إتقان، في المدارس الابتدائية. إدراج النشاط في امتحان نهاية مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي ليُفرض التكوين من السنوات الأولى للأطفال. عدم استغلال الحصص الخاصة بنشاط التربية البدنية في نشاطات أخرى، ومعاقبة المخالفين. خلق منصب جديد للمتابعة والتكوين ( مفتش تربية بدنية في الابتدائي). الكلمات المفتاحية : الاتجاهات- التربية البدنية والرياضية-أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي. Dr/Harzeli Hocine Université Mohamed Kheider Biskra Abstract: Physical and sports education is one of the fields in which the influence of the personality of the child is seen. All the specialists agree that the primary stage is the sensitive stage because it touches on building the child in all aspects, especially the physical aspect, which affects the other aspects negatively or positively. The importance of physical education in the personality of the emerging, which reflects the role of those who are there - primary teachers in primary school -, from this point can ask the following questions: - What is the nature of the attitudes of the primary teachers towards physical education and sports activity? - Are there any statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of primary education due to gender variables and professional experience? The study used the descriptive approach; the 16-word directions to physical education and sports questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 60 teachers of both sexes. The results were as follows: - There are positive trends for teachers of primary education towards the activity of physical education and sports. - There are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of teachers of primary education due to gender variables and professional experience. The study concluded with a number of suggestions, the most important of which are: The allocation of university professors from the branches of physical education and sports to teach this activity with precision and mastery, in primary schools. Inclusion of the activity in the end of primary education exam to impose the composition of the first years of children. Not to use the quotas for physical education activity in other activities, and to punish violators. Create a new position for follow-up and training (physical education inspector in primary).
