معوقات البحث العلمي في مجال الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية والتحولات المعرفية من منظور الباحثين الجامعيين

الملخص
الملخص: قد أضحت إشكالية البحث العلمي في مجال الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية في الآونة الأخيرة من ابرز القضايا المعاصرة التي نالت اهتمام كبير من العلماء والباحثين ، وهذا للدور الأساسي الذي يساهم به البحث العلمي في هذا المجال، لذا نجد جل المؤسسات التي تعنى بالبحث العلمي تسعى جاهدة لجعل هذا الأخير أحد المطالب الرئيسية للدولة وإعطائه الأولوية من خلال الدعم المالي والسياسي، والمتطلع لواقع البحث العلمي في مجال الأنشطة البدنية والرياضية بدول العالم العربي عموما والجزائر خصوصا يلاحظ ذلك الفارق الكبير، رغم المجهودات المبذولة من طرف الدولة قصد تنمية وتطوير البحث العلمي في المجال الرياضي، إلى انه هناك بعض العقبات التي تقف أمام هذه الجهود وتعيق عملية تنمية البحث العلمي خاصة في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية والتحولات المعرفية التي شهدها العالم في الآونة الأخيرة، لذا نسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، إلى التعرف على أهم العوامل والمعوقات التي يراها الباحثين الجامعيين، وما هي الحلول التي يرونها مناسبة لتفادي هذه المعوقات. The Obstacles of scientific research in the field of physical and sport activities along with the Technological developments and cognitive changes from the University researchers’ perspective Keywords: obstacles to scientific research, physical and sports activities, technological developments, changes cognitive, university researchers Summary: Lately, the problem of Scientific Research in the field of physical and sports activities, has become one of the most prominent contemporary issues which has attracted scientists and researchers, and this goes to the fundamental role that scientific research plays in this area, That’s why we find that most institutions that deals with scientific research strives to make the latter one of the main demands of the state and give it priority over financial and political support and looking to the reality of scientific research in the field of physical activities and sports countries in general the Arab world, Algeria in particular notes that the big difference, despitethe efforts made by the state in order the development of scientific research in the field of sports, that there some of the obstacles to these efforts and hinder the development of the scientific research process, especially in light of technological developments and cognitive changes that the world has seen in recent times, so we seek through this paper, to identify the most important factors and obstacles that it deems university researchers, and what solutions they see suitable to avoid these constraints.
