اكتساب اللغة ومستويات الكلام

الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال مبحثا من أهم مباحث الدرس اللساني، هو اكتساب اللغة ومستويات الكلام (الأداء)، انطلاقا من ان اللغة ظاهرة إنسانية اجتماعية، ومن حيث هي فعل إنساني له جانبان متلازمان هما: جانب الطبع وجانب الصنع، يمثل جانب الطبع المقدرة اللغوية التي يزود بها الإنسان، ويمثل جانب الصنع الجانب العملي الأدائي (الإنجاز الفعلي للغة)، الذي يعمل على تفعيل تلك المقدرة، بالاعتماد على مصادر اكتساب اللغة، وأهم العوامل المساعدة على تنمية مستويات الأداء، والارتقاء بها إلى المرتبة التي تجعل من اللغة وسيلة تعبير وتبليغ، وسبيل كل تحصيل معرفي في حياة الفرد والمجتمع. The present article discusses one of the linguistic courses; which is: Language learning and Levels of speech – practicing the language- . Starting from the nature of language itself , as a human and social phenomena, also as a linguistic act that contain both Receiving an Delivering sides, whereas the receiving side represent the human capacity of learning any language, and the delivering side is the individual competence that activate and motivate that capacity, taking in account all factors and resources that can be helpful in increasing speech competencies to another level; a level which will allow the user of the language to express and report himself. Thus any language can become the perfect tool of collecting knowledge for individuals and societies.
