منهج الامام علي بن ابي طالب في تطبيق العدالة

الملخص
الملخص : سوف يتطرق هذا البحث الى جملة من الامور التي سعى الامام علي بن ابي طالب الى تطبيقها ، بغية تحقيق مبدأ العدالة الاجتماعية الإنسانية . فبدأ اولا بذاته ، فروضها ، فكانت ذات مطيعة له يقودها صاغرة ، فساح بها في ساحة الزهد والتقشف حتى اعتادت على المجاهدة ، فطلق الدنيا بما فيها كونه كان يرى انها زائلة . كما سوف يظهر من خلال المقال ، كيف يتشدد علي على الحرية ويعدها مفتاحا للعدالة الانسانية ، وكان يرى ان العدالة لا يمكن ان تقوم دون وجود حكام عادلين . كما يوضح البحث سياسة علي مع الرعية وهو يضع قواعد لذلك . كما صاغ الامام علي مبدأ سياسي جديد في تطبيق العدالة ، مبدأ ( ابوية الدولة ) حيث نظر الى الناس نظرة واحدة لا تفريق بينهم . وسعى كذلك الى رعاية طبقة المهمشين وهم الفقراء ، وقد ساوى بين الجميع في العطاء وهي اول تجربة اسلامية اشتراكية في الاسلام ، كما سعى الى رسم خارطة السلطة في ادارة الدولة . This research will address a number of issues that Imam Ali bin Abi Talib sought to implement in order to achieve the principle of human social justice. So he started first with himself, imposing on her, so she was obedient to him, leading her submissively, so he allowed her in the arena of asceticism and austerity until she became accustomed to striving, so he divorced the world including what he saw as fleeting. As it will appear through the article, how Ali insists on freedom and considers it a key to human justice, and he believed that justice could not be established without the presence of just rulers. The research also explains Ali's policy with the subjects, and he sets rules for that. Imam Ali also formulated a new political principle in the application of justice, the principle of (the patriarchy of the state), whereby he looked at the people with one view, without discriminating between them. He also sought to take care of the marginalized class, who are the poor, and he made everyone equal in giving, which is the first Islamic socialist experience in Islam. He also sought to draw a map of power in the administration of the state
