علاقة بعض العوامل التنظيمية بتنفيذ الخطة الإستراتيجية في مؤسسات الأعمال - دراسة حالة The Relationship Of Some Organizational Factors With The Implementation Of The Strategic Plan In Business Entreprises- A Case Study

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة بعض العوامل التنظيمية في المؤسسة والمتمثلة في دعم والتزام الإدارة العليا، الثقافة التنظيمية، الهيكل التنظيمي، والتكنولوجيا المستخدمة، بتنفيذ الخطة الإستراتيجية لمؤسسة شي علي للأنابيب بسيدي بلعباس، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم بناء وتطوير استبانة اجمع المعلومات، وقد وزعت على عينة الدراسة البالغ عددها (115) فردا. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج نذكر منها: وجود تأثير وعلاقة ايجابية بين العوامل التنظيمية بأبعادها (دعم والتزام الإدارة العليا، الثقافة التنظيمية، الهيكل التنظيمي، والتكنولوجيا المستخدمة) وتنفيذ الخطة الإستراتيجية. This study aims to identify the relationship of some organizational factors for the entreprise, represented by support and commitment of top management, organizational culture, organizational structure, and technology used, with the implementation of strategic plan of the Chiali Pipeline in Sidi Bel Abbes,, To achieve this objective has been to build and develop a questionnaire to collect data, it was distributed on a study sample consisting of 115 individuals. This study found a number of results, including the following: There is a influence and positive relationship between organizational factors and their dimensions (support and commitment of top management, organizational culture, organizational structure, and technology used) and the implementation of strategic plan.
