دراسة تأثير التعليم المقاولاتي على النية المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة الجامعيين من خلال التأثير المعدّل للدعم الجامعي

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين التعليم المقاولاتي والنية المقاولاتية من خلال التأثير المعدل للدعم الجامعي من وجهة طلبة المركز الجامعي مغنية، وتحقيقا لذلك قمنا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في التعريف بمتغيرات الدراسة :التعليم المقاولاتي كمتغير مستقل، النية المقاولاتية كمتغير تابع والدعم الجامعي كمتغير معدل في حين تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي من خلال استخدام الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة حيث تم توزيع 75 استبانة على عينة من طلبة المركز الجامعي مغنية وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام نمذجة المعادلات البنائية PLS-SEM، أظهرت النتائج أن التعليم المقاولاتي ليس له أثر مباشر على النية المقاولاتية في حين أنه بالرغم أن الدعم الجامعي له أثر مباشر على النية المقاولاتية، والتعليم المقاولاتي له أثر مباشر على الدعم الجامعي، الا أن هذا الأخير ليس له أي دور في تعديل العلاقة بين المهارات والنية المقاولاتية. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج تم التوصل الى مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن للمركز الجامعي مغنية الاستفادة منها. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship between Entrepreneurial Education and Entrepreneurial Intention through the modulating effect of University Support from the point of view of the students of the University Centre of Maghnia , and to achieve this, we relied on the descriptive approach in defining the variables of the study: Entrepreneurial Education as an independent variable, Entrepreneurial Intention as a dependent variable and University Support as a modifier variable, while the analytical approach was relied upon tgrough the use of the questionnaire as a tool for the study, 75 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of the students of the University Centre of Maghnia and after analyzing the data using structural equations modelling PLS-SEM, the results showed that Entrepreneurial education does not have a direct impact on entrepreneurial intent, although university support has a direct impact on entrepreneurial intent, and entrepreneurial education, the latter does not have any role in modifying the relationship between skills and entrepreneurial intent. In light of these results, a set of recommendations were reached that the University Centre of Maghnia can benefit from.
