آثار الترجمة على المجالات العامة للمجتمع الجزائري في الفترة الاستعمارية (1830- 1962م)

الملخص
تعد عملية الترجمة عملية قديمة قدم البشرية ذلك أن لها أهمية كبيرة في ديناميكية التواصل بين الأمم والحضارات، وقد وظفته القوى الاستعمارية في حملتها التبشيرية التي كانت تسعى إلى تذويب الهويات ضمن هويتها وتدجينها ومن ثمة الهيمنة عليها، فقد كانت البداية وقبل سنة 1830م برحلات استكشافية من أجل معرفة تركيبة الإنسان الجزائري على الصعيد المادي والثقافي، وهذا ما مهد للسيطرة عليه، وقد استغل الاستعمار الفرنسي كل الوسائل بما فيها الترجمة لبلوغ هذه الغاية في حملته ضد الجزائر. حيث لعبت الترجمة دورا مهما في الحملة الاستكشافية والاستعمارية للجزائر منذ سنة 1830م، حيث مهدت من خلالها إلى بسط هيمنة فكرية وثقافية تمكنها من تمديد عمر الاستعمار وتجاوز أبعاده المادية ولا أدل على ذلك من بقاء اللغة الفرنسية حاضرة في كل الوثائق والدساتير الرسمية إلى يومنا هذا، ومن هذا المنطلق جاز أن نطرح السؤال الآتي: كيف تمكنت الثقافة الغربية من الولوج إلى العقل الجزائري وتدجين ثقافته واحتوائها من خلال فعل الترجمة؟ الكلمات المفتاحية: الترجمة-التعليم-الإدارة-الصحافة-الجيش-القضاء. Abstract: The translation process is a process as old as humanity because it has great importance in the dynamics of communication between nations and civilizations. The colonial powers employed it in their missionary campaign that sought to dissolve identities within their identity, domesticate them, and then dominate them. Knowing the composition of the Algerian man on the material and cultural level, and this is what paved the way for his control. French colonialism has used all means, including translation, to reach this end in its campaign against Algeria. Where translation played an important role in the exploratory and colonial campaign of Algeria since 1830, through which it paved the way for the extension of intellectual and cultural hegemony that would enable it to extend the age of colonialism and transcend its physical dimensions. This is evidenced by the survival of the French language in all official documents and constitutions to this day, With this in mind, we may ask several key questions as follows: How did Western culture gain access to the Algerian mind, domesticate its culture and contain it through the act of translation?
