جوانب من التوتر في العلاقات بين ايالتي الجزائر وتونس أثناء العهد العثماني من خلال كتاب "إتحاف أهل الزمان لأحمد ابن أبي الضياف"

الملخص
تتحكم في العلاقات بين ايالتي الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثماني مجموعة من العوامل السياسية( الداخلية منها والخارجية), وكذلك العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية ، ويعد كتاب إتحاف أهل الزمان بأخبار تونس وعهد الأمان لابن أبي الضياف (1782م_1872م), مصدرا هاما و قيّما في دراسة فترة مهمة في تاريخ العلاقات بين الايالتين ، وذلك بما احتواه من معلومات تاريخية تفيد في التعرّف خاصة على العلاقات السياسية والعسكرية بين الجزائر وتونس وتبيين أبرز المعالم التي رسمت تلك العلاقات . نتناول هذه الدراسة :التعريف بابن ابي الضياف وكتابه الإتحاف: أشرنا فيه إلى أهمية المؤلف والقيمة التاريخية لكتابه في دراسة العلاقات السياسية والعسكرية بين الايالتين و العوامل التي من أجلها قامت النزاعات والصراعات العسكرية بينهما و المعالم الاجتماعية والثقافية التي ساهمت في إعطاء العلاقات الثنائية بين الجزائر وتونس خلال العهد العثماني بعدا آخر بعيدا عن القضايا السياسية والعسكرية. الكلمات المفتاحية : الجزائر ، تونس ، العلاقات ، التوتر ، السلطة العثمانية ، ابن أبي الضياف ، إتحاف أهل الزمان The relations between the two states Algeria and Tunisia during the Ottoman era were governed by a set of political factors (internal and external), as well as social and cultural factors. The book"Ithaf Ahl al-zaman bi Akhbar muluk Tunis wa 'Ahd el-Aman" “Protection of the People of Time" with the News of Tunisia and the Era of Safety by Ibn Abi Al-Diyaf (1782 - 1872 ), is an important and valuable source in the study of an important period in the history of relations between the two states, as it contains historical information useful in identifying, in particular, the political and military relations between Algeria and Tunisia, and clarifying the most prominent Landmarks that drew those relationships. We deal with this study: Introducing Ibn Abi Al-Diyaf and his book Protection: In it, we referred to the importance of the author and the historical value of his book in studying the political and military relations between the two countries, the factors for which the conflicts and military conflicts between them and the social and cultural milestones that contributed to giving the bilateral relations between Algeria and Tunisia during the Ottoman era is another dimension away from political and military issues. key words : Algeria, Tunisia, relations, tension, the Ottoman authority, Ibn Abi Al-Diaf, the protection of the people of time.
