الوثيقة الأرشيفية و أهميتها الإدارية و التاريخية Importance Administrative And Historical Of Archival Document.

الملخص
إن الوثائق الأرشيفية في الأول تكون لها قيمة عملية وإدارية، فالوثيقة الإدارية هي أي وسيط يحمل بيانات عامة أو خاصة، يجرى تداول خلال العمل، كما يرجع إليه لطلب معلومة معينة والإبقاء عليه بصفة مؤقتة، أو دائمة لدى فرد أو هيئة لما يحمله من قيمة ثانوية ، علاوة على قيمته الأولية ، لكن بعد فترة من الزمن تتغير تلك القيمة لتصبح ذات قيمة تاريخية للمصالح المنتجة ولعامة الناس، ويمكن الاعتماد عليها لإنجاز العديد من الدراسات والبحوث التي تستقي مادتها الأولية من الأرشيف، وبالاعتماد عليه تدرس الأحوال الاقتصادية والسياسية، ويتعرف على العادات والتقاليد والعقليات ومختلف المظاهر اليومية من أكل وملبَس وسكن فالأرشيف بذلك يشكِّل المادة الخام التي يستمد منها جل المؤرخين والسوسيولوجيون والاتثنوغرافيون والاقتصاديون واللسانيون مصادرهم الأولية لتكوين فكرة عن الواقع الماضي، وبالتالي فهو مهم؛ لأنه يحمل أخبار وتفاصيل الحياة السالفة ما لا تعادله مئات الروايات الشفوية.و هناك أنواع للوثيقة الإدارية و التاريخية ولكل نوع أهمية بالغة و دورا مهما على صعيد جميع المجالات العلمية و الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية . On its face, Archivaldocument, have practical and administrative value, because the administrativedocument,is an intermediate bearing data and information which is circulating during the daily work, andwhommaybe consult to request specific information and keep it temporarily, or permanently with an individual or an institution;forits administrative value, Either to the services producing those documents or their users, but after a period of time, that value changes to become a historical value for the producing services and researchers alike; and it can be relied upon to perform many studies and researches that derive their initial information from the archive, and by relying on it, economic and political conditions are studied... etc.Habits, traditions, mentalities and various everyday aspects are recognized thanks tothe archive.So it constitutes the raw material from which most historians, sociologists, ethnographers, economists and linguists draw their primary sources to form an idea of the past reality, and therefore it is important because it carries news and details of past life that are not equal to hundreds of oral narrations. There are types of the administrative and historical document, and each kind is of a great importance, and a major role in all scientific, economic, social and cultural fields.
