الفضاءات الرقمية والتحول نحو مفهوم الجودة في تقديم خدمات المعلومات الرقمية

الملخص
تعتبر المكتبات الجامعية من أبرز القطاعات التي تسعى دائماً إلى مواكبة التكنولوجيا ليس فقط بسبب موقعها الحساس ضمن البيئة الجامعية البحثية ولكن بالنظر أيضا إلى طبيعة المجتمع الذي تعمل على خدمته والذي يتشكل في معظمه من هيئة علمية بحثية تضم في نظر المجتمع أرقى المستويات العلمية من باحثين، أساتذة وطلبة وحتى تستطيع الاستجابة للاحتياجات المستقبلية خاصة في ظل الولوج إلى أنظمة ومنصات والتعلم الإلكتروني بدأت في التحول من شكلها التقليدي إلى الشكل الحديث وربط المساحات المادية بالموارد والمصنفات الرقمية ، التي هي في تطور مستمر و الانتقال من نموذج الحفظ إلى نموذج الإتاحة الاستخدام والنشر لتصبح المكتبات عبارة عن بوابات تفاعلية ديناميكية للمعلومات، لذلك فإنّه من بين الحلول البديلة التي يتوجب على المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية هي "إعادة الابتكار والانفتاح على التصورات الجديدة والتعامل مع المكتبة كفضاء رقمي متطور يسعى للاستجابة والتطور في ظل التحولات التكنومعرفية المتواصلة حتى تضمن بقاءها واستمرارها. : The university libraries are one of the most prominent sectors that always stave to keep pace with technology, not only because of their sensitive location within the university research environment, but also in view of the nature of the society they serve, which consists mostly of a scientific research body that includes in the eyes of society the highest scientific levels of researchers, professors and students and in order to be able to respond to future needs, especially in light of the access to the e learning system, it began to shift from its traditional form to the modern form, linking physical spaces with digital resources and works, which are in constant development and moving from the model of preservation to the model of availability, use and publication , so that libraries become portals interactive and dynamic information, so “re –innovation and openness to new perceptions are the alteractive solutions for libraries at the present time and dealing with the library as an evolving digital space that seeks to respond and develop and light of the continuous technological transformation
