واقع و آفاق تطبيق اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع و آفاق تطبيق اليقظة الإستراتيجية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية، ومن أجل القيام بهذه الدراسة فقد إتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للقيام بالجانب النظري، وفيما يخص الجانب التطبيقي فقد إعتمدت على المنهج التحليلي والذي يتيح تحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بواسطة أداة الإستبيان والتي تمت معالجتها بواسطة برنامج Excel. والنتيجة التي توصلت إليها هذه الدراسة هي أن هناك مؤسسات إقتصادية جزائرية تطبق اليقظة الإسترتيجية بطريقة مهيكلة وهذا يعني أنها تملك قسم خاص بهذه اليقظة، وهناك مؤسسات أخرى لا تملك قسم خاص باليقظة الإستراتيجية داخل هيكلها التنظيمي ومع هذا فهي تهتم بمعرفة ما يجري في بيئتها وتعمل على مراقبتها من أجل إقتناص الفرص المتاحة و تجنب الأزمات، وقد أكدت لنا هذه المؤسسات أنها تملك آفاقا و طموحات مستقبلية لإنشاء قسم خاص بهذه اليقظة. Abstract: this study aims to know the reality and prospects of appling strategic vigilance in the Algerian economic institution. In order to carry out this study, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to doing the theoretical aspect, and with respect to the pratical aspect, she relied on the analytical approach that allows analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire tool and processed by Excel. This study found that there are Algerian economic institutions that apply strategic vigilance in a structured manner, which means that they have a special department of this vigilance. While other institutions do not have a strategic vigilance department within their organizational structure, they are interested in knowing what is going on in their environment and are monitoring them in order to capture opportunities and avoid crises. These institutions assured us that they had prospects and aspirations for the establishment of a department of this vigilance.
