الحماية القانونية للطفل المعاق

الملخص
وإذا كان الأطفال بصفة عامة في حاجة إلى رعاية وحماية قانونية كللت بإصدار اتفاقية دولية لحماية الطفل، ووجود قانون وطني لحماية الطفل، فإن الطفل المعاق يحتاج إلى بذل جهود أكبر للعناية به، وتحقيق حياة كريمة له، هذا ما نتناوله في هذا البحث الذي يهدف إلى تحديد نطاق الحماية القانونية للطفل المعاق، والمشاكل التي تحول دون تكريسها على أرض الواقع. توصلنا من خلال هذا البحث إلى أنه رغم الحماية التي تكرسها النصوص الدولية والوطنية للطفل المعاق إلا أن تلك الحماية تصطدم بالواقع، الذي يتعرض فيه الطفل إلى عدة أنواع من العنف والحرمان. If children in general are in need of legal care and protection that culminated in the issuance of an international convention for child protection, and the existence of a national child protection law, then the disabled child needs to make greater efforts to take care of him and achieve a decent life for him. This is what we discuss in this research, which aims to determine The scope of legal protection for the disabled child, and the problems that prevent it from being established on the ground Through this research, we concluded that despite the protection that international and national texts enshrine for the disabled child, this protection collides with reality, in which the child is exposed to several types of violence and deprivation.
