دور القنوات التلفزيونية الجزائرية الخاصة في تسليط الضوء على "مناطق الظل" - دراسة تحليلية لعيّنة من حلقات برنامج "الدّوار" على قناة Beur Tv

الملخص
في ظلّ تزايد "مناطق الظّل" في الجزائر كما أطلق عليها رئيس الجمهورية وجَعْل تقليصها إحدى مهام الدّولة الأساسية، أصبحت تغطية هذه المناطق أولوية من أولويات الإعلام الجزائري؛ وتحديدا القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة على كثرتها، وقد حاولنا بهذه الدّراسة التعرّف على مدى مساهمة تلك القنوات في تحمّل هذه المسؤولية من خلال قناة beur tv التي تبثّ برنامجا دوريا بعنوان "الدوّار" تعبيرا عن هذه المناطق النائية. وبتحليل محتوى عدد من حلقات البرنامج توصّلنا إلى القول بأن مقدّم البرنامج قد نجح إلى حدّ ما في تحقيق الهدف الأساسي من البرنامج عبر نقل الواقع الذي تعيشه هذه الفئات المحرومة وتعريته، وكذا إيصال أصواتهم إلى الدّولة لجعلها تستعجل في إيجاد حلول لمشاكلهم، إلّا أنّ طريقته في ذلك لم تكن موفّقة بالشّكل الكافي؛ الأمر الذي جعل البرنامج يبدو شعبويا أكثر، وهزليا حينا آخر.. بدل أن يكون جادّا ومحترفا لكي يقدّم النتائج المطلوبة أو حتى الجماهرية اللازمة. Abstract: Because of the increase of "shadow areas" in Algeria, as the President of the Republic called them, and making reducing them one of the basic tasks of the state, the coverage of these areas has become a priority of the Algerian media; Specifically, private television channels, and with this study we tried to identify the extent of these channels ’contribution to bearing this responsibility through the beur tv channel, which broadcasts a periodical program entitled“ The village ”expressing these remote areas. By analyzing the content of a number of episodes of the program, we concluded that the presenter of the program has succeeded to some extent in achieving the main goal of the program by conveying the reality in which these disadvantaged groups live and exposing it, as well as conveying their voices to the state to make it rush to find solutions to their problems. But his way was not successful enough; which made the program seems more populist and comical... instead of being serious and professional in order to provide the required results or even being a famous program.
