تقنية الإصغاء كآلية لتجويد العملية الإرشادية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية تقنية الإصغاء في تجويد العملية الإرشادية ، فإتقان المرشد لمهارات الإصغاء الفعال يعطي فرصة أكبر لنجاح العلاقة الإرشادية ، وإذا كان المرشد لا يمتلك مهارات الإصغاء الفعال ويظهرها ، فسوف يلاحظ العميل التناقضات ويفقد الثقة في العلاقة الإرشادية ، مما يتسبب في فشلها. فتقنية الإصغاء عملية يجب فهمها من جميع الجوانب حتى يتم إجراؤها بطريقة ناجحة للغاية و بالتالي تحقيق الجودة الشاملة في العملية الإرشادية. و إن استعمال نظام الجودة الشاملة في التربية يساعد على تحسين أساليب العمل الإرشادي وتطويره بما يحقق للمتعلمين مستوى عال من التوافق والصحة النفسية، و تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على تقنية الإصغاء كآلية مساهمة في تجويد العملية الإرشادية. ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the importance of the listening technique in improving the counseling process. The counselor’s mastery of the effective listening skills gives a greater chance for the success of the counseling relationship, and if the counselor does not possess the skills of effective listening and shows them, the client will notice contradictions and lose confidence in the counseling relationship, causing its failure. The listening technique is a process that must be understood in all aspects in order to be conducted in a highly successful manner and thus achieve overall quality in the counseling process. And the use of the total quality system in education helps to improve the methods of counseling work and its development in order to achieve for the learners a high level of compatibility and psychological health, and this research paper comes to identify the listening technique as a mechanism contributing to the improvement of the counseling process.
