الملخص

الملخص: يشهد العصر الحالي ثورة حقيقة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والذي استفادت منه العديد من المجالات والقطاعات وأهمها قطاع التعليم ،الذي استثمر من هذا التقدم تحت مسمى التعليم الالكتروني أو التعليم الرقمي من خلال توظيف التقنيات الحديثة وآليات الاتصال لدعم العملية التعليمية والتدريبية بهدف التغلب على مختلف مشكلات التعليم التقليدي، ومنها: التدفق الطلابي، التقدم المتسارع في مجالات المعرفة تأثير تقنيات التعليم والاتصالات في مجال التعليم، ارتفاع التكاليف، زيادة رغبة الكثير من الناس في العودة للتعلّم مرة ثانية، عدم مناسبة النتائج المحققة لسوق العمل، و من اجل تطوير مخرجات العمليات التعليمية بمقارنة مخرجات العملية التعليمية التقليدية من خلال مشاركة المعلومات وإتاحة الفرصة للطلبة وأعضاء الهيئة التعليمية على حد سواء للتفاعل الفوري إلكترونياً بين الطلبة أنفسهم وبين الطلبة والمدرسين من خلال وسائل متعددة متوفرة بالنظام بخارج أوقات التدريس والعمل الرسمية. ونشر ثقافة التعلم الذاتي في الوسط التعليمي والتي تمكن من تحسين وتنمية قدرات المتعلمين و بأقل تكلفة وبأدنى مجهود وعلى مدار الساعة وذلك من خلال توفير المادة التعليمية المتنوعة المصادر والأشكال. Abstract: The current era is witnessing a real revolution in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), which has benefited many areas and sectors, most importantly the education sector, which has invested in this progress under the name of e-learning or digital education through the use of modern technologies and communication mechanisms to support The educational and training process in order to overcome the various problems of traditional education, including: Student influx, accelerated progress in the fields of knowledge, the impact of education and communication techniques in education, high costs, increasing the desire of many people to return to learn again, not The results achieved in the labour market, and in order to develop the outcomes of the educational processes by comparing the outcomes of the traditional educational process through the sharing of information and the opportunity for both students and faculty members to interact instantly electronically between students themselves and students Teachers through various means are available in the system outside of formal teaching and working hours. And to spread the culture of self-learning in the educational medium, which enables to improve and develop the abilities of the learners at the lowest cost and at minimum effort and around the clock, through the provision of various educational material sources and forms.
