الملخص
لقد سعت الجزائر بعد مرحلة الحراك الشعبي التي شهدتها عام 2019، بالتزامن مع بدايات تغير المشهد السياسي الداخلي في البلاد على مستوى القيادة السياسية، إلى تجسيد المواقف والسياسات الخارجية المعلنة، وتعزيز طموح المكانة والنفوذ الإقليمي، وتنويع مجالات التأثير، وتكثيف الأدوار، والعودة من خلال البوابة الأفريقية، ورغم صعوبة تقييم السلوك الخارجي الجزائري في هذه الفترة القصيرة، إلا أن بوادر التحول ومؤشرات الأداء الدبلوماسي قد أخذت في الظهور والتصاعد في مجالات متعددة، سواء من خلال الخطاب السياسي، أو من حيث الفاعلية والتأثير الميداني، واستغلال صانع القرار لكل مقومات القوة الصلبة والناعمة، والتاريخ الدبلوماسي الحافل، للعودة بقوة إلى العمق الإفريقي بعد غياب طويل، حيث ظهرت ملامح جديدة للسياسة الخارجية الجزائرية تظهر حقيقة دخولها عهدا جديدا، ورغبتها الملحة في التواجد إقليميا وقاريا، في ظل تزايد التحديات ومصادر التهديد الخارجية. As the popular movement took place in 2019, in addition to the beginnings of change in the internal political scene in the country at the level of the political leadership, Algeria sought to embody the declared foreign positions and policies, enhance the ambition of regional status and influence, diversify the spheres of influence, intensify the roles, and return through the African gate. however, despite the difficulty of evaluating Algeria's external behavior in this short period, signs of transformation and indicators of diplomatic performance have begun to emerge and be seen in various fields, whether through political discourse, or in terms of field effectiveness and influence, and the decision-makers’ exploitation of all the elements of hard and soft power, and the busy diplomatic history to strongly sail back to the African depth after a long absence, where new features of Algerian foreign policy emerged that emphasize the fact that it stepped towards a new era as its urgent desire to be present regionally and continentally in light of the increasing challenges and external sources of threat.
