الملخص

- ملخص: إن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في إطار يراعي التوازن العقلاني بين الإمكانيات الذاتية للدولة ومقوماتها الطبيعية وبين تحديات حماية البيئة من كل الأخطار- بما فيها التلوث بكل أشكاله-، يعتبر مطلبا عالميا ملحا يحتاج إلى آليات وإستراتيجيات وطنية ودولية من شأنها تحقيق ذلك، وهذا من خلال الاستثمار الحقيقي في مشاريع الطاقات المتجددة التي أصبحت توجها اقتصاديا عالميا في ظل تزايد التهديدات البيئية والطلب على الطاقة، ومع نضوب مصادر الطاقة التقليدية ونجاح العديد من التجارب الدولية الرائدة في مجال الطاقات البديلة، أصبحت قضية الانتقال الطاقوي أمرا لا مفر منه للاستمرار في دعم متطلبات التنمية وتأمين الحاجيات المتزايدة للأفراد ومراعاة لمستقبل الأجيال القادمة - Abstract : Achieving sustainable development within a framework that takes into account the rational balance between the country’s own capabilities and its natural resources and the challenges of protecting the environment from all dangers - including pollution in all of its forms - is an urgent global demand that needs national and international mechanisms and strategies to achieve it. This comes to being through real investment in renewable energy projects, which have become a global economic trend in light of the increasing environmental threats and demand for energy as well as the depletion of traditional energy sources and the success of many pioneering international experiments in the field of alternative energies. The issue of energy transition has become inevitable to continue to support development requirements and secure the growing needs of the present and future generations.
