اليات حماية الطفل من العنف في المحيط المدرسي

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف والكشف على الاليات القانونية والتربوية المجسدة في المؤسسات التربوية الجزائرية التي تتكفل بحماية الطفل من العنف في المحيط المدرسي بمختلف مراحله الدراسية من ابتدائي -متوسط وثانوي ، ومدى فعاليتها في الحد من ظاهرة العنف لتحقيق بيئة مدرسية آمنة،. ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهج تحليل المحتوى ،حيث خلصت النتائج إلى وجود نقص في الآليات القانونية والتربوية في حماية الطفل من ظاهرة العنف في المحيط المدرسي بعدم تجديدها وتفعيلها ميدانيا تماشيا مع تفاقم العنف المدرسي . The study aimed to identify and reveal the legal and educational mechanisms embodied in the Algerian educational institutions that ensure the protection of children from violence in the school environment in its various educational stages from primary, intermediate and secondary, and the extent of their effectiveness in reducing the phenomenon of violence to achieve a safe school environment. To achieve the objectives of the study, the content analysis approach was used, as the results concluded that there is a lack of legal and educational mechanisms in protecting children from the phenomenon of violence in the school environment by not renewing and activating them in the field in line with the exacerbation of school violence
