التكوين المستمر للمعلم أثناء الخدمة ودوره في تعزيز مهارة القراءة

الملخص
يـعـدّ الـمعلم حـجر الــزاوية في الـعـملية الـتـربــويــة، تـلك الـعـمـليــة التي لا يصلـح، ولا يـستقيم أمرها ولا تؤتـى ثمارها إلا إذا كانت القوى البشريــة الـعــاملـة في ميــدانـها ذات كــفاءة ومــؤمـنــة بالرسالـة الـتربويـة وقيـمهـا. وممــا لاشــك فيـــه أن تـكوين الـمـعـلميـن يـمـثــل أولــويــة كـبــرى مـن أولـويــات الـتخطيــط والإصـــلاح الــتربـوييـــن ذلك لأن نـجـاح الـعمليـــة الـتـعليـميـة يــرتكــز في الــمقام الأول على الـمـعـلم، وإعداده بـما يـتــوفـــر مــن مــتـغيــــرات في الحـقــل الـتــعليمي، وأن صــورة الـتعليم مــرتــبـطـة ارتـبـاطــا وثيـقــا بالـتـكوين الـجيد للــمعـلميـن، خاصة وأنّ جودة هذا التكوين ينعكس بشكل مباشر على مكتسبات ومهارات وخبرات المتعلم في شتى النواحي ولاسيما ما تعلق منها بمهارة القراءة .وعلى هذا الأساس سنركز في هذا المقام على التكوين بمفاهيمه المختلفة وأنواعه العديدة خاصة منها المستمر، كما نتعرض إلى أهمية التكوين المستمر أثناء الخدمة، ومبررات هذا التكوين ومبادئه، دونما إهمال لطرق ترغيب المعلمين في هذا النوع من التكوين. The teacher is considered the cornerstone of the educational process, a process that does not fit, and is not straightforward and bear fruit only if the manpower working in its field is efficient and believes in the educational mission and its values. There is no doubt that the training of teachers is a major priority of educational planning and reform, because the success of the educational process depends primarily on the teacher, and prepare it with the available variables in the field of education, and that the image of education is closely linked to the good training of teachers, Especially since the quality of this composition is reflected directly on the learner's skills and experiences and experiences in various aspects, especially those attached to the skill of reading. On this basis, we will focus in this regard on training with its various concepts and its many types, especially continuous ones, as well as the importance of continuous training during service, and the justifications for this training and its principles, without neglecting the ways of encouraging teachers in this type of training.
