المنجز في المعجم الطّوﭘّونيميّ بالجزائر -مقاربة وصفية تحليلية نقدية-

الملخص
يروم هذا البحث إلى رصد الجهود الأكاديمية الجزائرية في مجال إنجاز المعجمات في حقل علم الطّوﭘّونيميا، باستخدام المنهج التحليلي النقدي وبذلك بعرض أهم المنجزات المعجمية في حقل الطوبونميا. هذا المجال المعرفي الجديد الذي مازال يخطو خطوات محتشمة إذا ما قورن بإنجازات الدول العربية خاصة والأوروبية عامة. فالطّوبّونيميا تعد من العلوم المهمة للتوثيق وأرشيفا للأعلام والأحداث التي وقعت بمكان محدد، ويمكن اعتبارها بنكا لغويا يمكن من خلاله إعادة بناء ما طاله النسيان في علم اللسانيات، وتصويب أحداث تاريخية بالاعتماد على التّسميات المكانية التي تحفظ إشارات مهمة متعلقة بالحدث التاريخي وبذلك يشكل هذا العلم مرآة عاكسة للكثير من الحقائق المتعلقة بحياة الشعوب بمختلف نواحيها مما يدعو نقلها في معجمات متخصصة. وقد توصلنا من خلال هاته الدراسة أن حقل المعجمية في مجال الطّوﭘّونيميّا بالجزائر لا يتماشى والثراء المعجمي العالميّ وحتى العربيّ، وما هو مطروح على الساحة العلمية إلا جهودا فردية وليست إدارة مؤسسات جامعية وأكاديمية ومن طرف باحثين في الاختصاص. The aim of this study is to trace Algerian academic efforts in the field of lexical progress in toponymy, using an analytical-critical method, and to highlight the most significant lexical successes in toponymy. This new branch of knowledge is still developing slowly compared to the successes of Arab countries in particular and Europe in general. Toponymy is an important science for documenting and archiving information and events that have taken place in a specific place, and it can be considered as a linguistic bank, through which it is possible to reconstruct what has long been forgotten in the science of linguistics, as well as to correct historical events on the basis of spatial designations that preserve the important signs linked to the historical event, and thus this science serves as a reflecting pool. This new branch of knowledge is still making modest progress compared to previous successes. There are many facts about human life in all its facets that need to be included in specialised dictionaries. Through this study, we have come to the conclusion that the field of lexicography in the field of toponymy in Algeria does not correspond to the global and even Arabic lexical wealth, and that what is presented in the scientific community only represents individual efforts and not the management of universities and academic institutions or by specialists in the field.
