الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الذكاء الانفعالي في خفض مستوى الإنهاك المهني للحد من العنف لدى القابلة، وتم تلخيص اشكاليتنا في التساؤلين: -ما مستوى الذكاء الانفعالي والإنهاك المهني لدى القابلة؟ -هل يوجد دور للذكاء الانفعالي في خفض مستوى الإنهاك المهني والحد من العنف لدى القابلة؟ وتمثت فرضيتي الدراسة في: -يوجد مستوى مرتفع من الذكاء الانفعالي لدى القابلة، -للذكاء الانفعالي دور في خفض مستوى الإنهاك المهني والحد من العنف لدى القابلة. وللتأكد من هاتين الفرضيتين اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي متتبعين أسلوب دراسة الحالة وقد استعنا بعدة أدوات هي المقابلة نصف موجهة ومقياس الذكاء الانفعالي ومقياس الإنهاك المهني لماسلاش وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: -مستوى الذكاء اﻹنفعالي لدى القابلة مرتفع، -للذكاء الانفعالي دور في خفض مستوى الإنهاك المهني والذي يساهم في الحد من العنف لدى القابلة. Abstract : This study aims to know the role of emotional intelligence in reducing the level of occupational burnout to reduc violence among midwives, and our problem was summarized in the two questions: Is there a relationship between violence in the midwife and the level of emotional intelligence? Does the level of both emotional intelligence and burnout syndrome affect the reduction of violence in the midwife? The two hypotheses of the study were: -There is a high level of emotional intelligence among midwives. - Emotional intelligence has a role in reducing the level of occupational exhaustion, which contributes to reducing violence among midwives. To confirm these two hypotheses, we relied on the clinical approach, following the case study method. We used several tools, namely the semi-directed interview, the emotional intelligence scale, and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. The results of the study concluded: - The midwife's level of emotional intelligence is high - There is a role for emotional intelligence in reducing the level of occupational exhaustion, which contributes to reducing violence among midwives
