التطوير التنظيمي و أثره في تدعيم سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي ، دراسة حالة محافظة الغابات لولاية الطارف

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدارسة إلى إبراز أثر التطوير في سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي دراسة حالة محافظة الغابات لولاية الطارف ، و للكشف عن هذه العلاقة تم توزيع استبيان على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 155 موظف ، و بالإعتماد على برنامج Spss.v.22 ، خلصت النتائج إلى أن التطوير التنظيمي ساهم بأبعاده الثلاث ) التشريعات و الأنظمة ، تبسيط إجراءات و أساليب العمل ، تنمية المورد البشري( في تدعيم سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لدى الموظفين من خلال مشاركتهم في القرارات التي تخص عملهم و إبلاغهم بالمستجدات ومنحهم الفرصة لإظهار مهاراتهم الشخصية ، إلى جانب تشجيع المؤسسة على العمل الجماعي و تبادل الخبرات اللازمة و تعويض زملاء العمل في حالة غيابهم ،ومن خلال هذا البرنامج بينت النتائج أن هناك مستوى عالي من سلوك المواطنة التنظيمي يدعم التعاون و التطوع العفوي بين موظفي محافظة الغابات لولاية الطارف. الكلمات المفتاحية: تطوير ، تنظيم ، سلوك ، مواطنة ، تدعيم. This study aims to highlight the impact of development on organizational citizenship behavior, a case study of the forest governorate of El-Tarf state, and to reveal this relationship, a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 155 employees, and based on the Spss.v.22 program, the results concluded that organizational development Its three dimensions (legislation and regulations, simplification of work procedures and methods, human resource development) contributed to strengthening organizational citizenship behaviors among employees through their participation in decisions related to their work, informing them of developments and giving them the opportunity to show their personal skills, in addition to encouraging the organization to work together and Exchanging the necessary experiences and compensating co-workers in their absence. Through this program, the results showed that there is a high level of organizational citizenship behavior that supports cooperation and spontaneous volunteering among the employees of the forest governorate of El-Tarf state.
