التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل - قراءة تحليلية في الماهية و الأبعاد-.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم و أبعاد التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل ، انطلاقا من القيمة المركزية للعمل في المجتمعات المعاصرة ، ناهيك على أهمية دور جماعة العمل داخل التنظيمات. وانطلاقا من كون التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل تعد عاملا مشتركا يوجه المستخدمين خلال ممارسة نشاطاتهم الإنتاجية، تبرز أهمية التعرف على ماهيتها و أبعادها وما ارتبط منها بكل من السلطة التنظيمية، الهوية المهنية و ظروف العمل. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن تحديد ماهية و أبعاد التمثلات الاجتماعية للعمل قد يسهم في فهم توجهات المستخدمين وتصوراتهم نحو عملهم ، وبالتالي قد يسهم إيجابا في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية المسطرة. This study aims to shed light on the concept and dimensions of social representations of work, based on the central value of work in contemporary societies, and with it the importance of the role of the work group within organizations. Based on the fact that the social representations of work are a common factor that directs employees during the exercise of their productive activities, the importance of knowing the nature and dimensions of these representations and what is related to each of the organizational authority, professional identity and working conditions emerge. It was concluded that defining the nature and dimensions of the social representations of work may contribute to understanding the attitudes of users and their perceptions of their work, and thus may contribute positively to the achievement of the established organizational goals.
