أثر التمثلات الاجتماعية للمواطنة في التأسيس للعمل التطوعي لدى الطلبة الجامعيينة - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة الجامعات الجزائرية-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة بحث طبيعة علاقة التأثير الموجودة بين التمثلات الاجتماعية للمواطنة و التأسيس للعمل التطوعي عند الطلبة الجامعيين، تم توزيع 250 استمارة الكترونية بطريقة شبكية من خلال تطبيق المسنجر، وبعد تفريغ البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS وتحليلها، كانت النتيجة أن الطلبة يتجهون الى ممارسة العمل التطوعي بالشكل العفوي والتلقائي ضمن النشاطات البيئية والاعمال الخيرية، مع التنويه إلى تأثير النسق الديني في صنع تمثلاتهم واعتباره من أهم مصادر تشكيل الدافعية للعطاء التي تؤسس لثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين. كما سُجلت حالة عزوف لدى الطلبة إزاء الانخراط القانوني في الهيئات الرسمية للجمعيات التطوعية، وذلك بغض النظر عن مجال انتمائهم السكني حضري كان أم ريفي، ومرد ذلك سيطرة تمثلات اجتماعية تهيكل لعلاقة ارتباط قائمة بين نشاط الجمعيات المعتمدة رسميا وتوجهاتها المستترة لخدمة مصالح سياسية معينة، وفي هذه الحالة نصبح أمام سياسوية التنظيم الجمعوي، وهو الامر الذي يقابله نوع من العزوف والرفض في أوساط الطلبة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التمثلات الاجتماعية، المواطنة، العمل التطوعي، المجتمع المدني، الطالب الجامعي. Résumé Cette étude vise à identifier la relation d'impact existante entre les représentations sociales de la citoyenneté et la culture du volontariat chez les étudiants universitaires. Pour ce faire nous avons élaboré 250 questionnaires électroniques qui ont été distribués via l'application Messenger. Nous avons effectué l'analyse statistique des données à l'aide du programme SPSS. Les résultats ont confirmé que les étudiants s’orientent vers les paradigmes qui ont tendance de structurer des Pratiques volontaires liées aux activités environnementales et au travail caritatif qui n’accepte aucune soumission à des fins politiques. En mettant l'accent sur le rôle primordial du système religieux au façonnement des représentations sociale qui soulignent l'importance du bénévolat et le confèrent une légitimité sociale qui connote une appréciation positive. Mots-clés: représentations sociales, citoyenneté, Travail bénévole, société civile, étudiant universitaire Abstract This study aims to identify the impact relationship between social representations of citizenship and the culture of volunteering among university students. To do this, we developed 250 electronic questionnaires which were distributed via the Messenger application. We performed statistical analysis of the data using the SPSS program. The results confirmed that students are moving towards paradigms which tend to structure voluntary practices linked to environmental activities and charitable work which does not accept any submission for political purposes. By emphasizing the primordial role of the religious system in shaping social representations which emphasize the importance of volunteering and give it a social legitimacy which connotes a positive appreciation.
