Authors : Ammar Kherddine .

Abstract

Abstract: Women choose the path of entrepreneurship less often than men. Despite a lean for entrepreneurship similar in many ways to men, women encounter a number of obstacles that can demotivate them. The fact of evolving in an environment associated with male, gender stereotypes constitutes the main difficulty. However, norms are changing and women are starting to get into entrepreneurship. In order to better understand female entrepreneurship, future research is still needed. in the national level, the roots of Algerian entrepreneurship goes back to the pre-colonial stage, which was known as gendering at work, and the marginalization of women from economic activity. During the post-independence period, much has been done to bring women back to the mainstream, but obstacles remain against their full economic participation. This research paper focuses on the factors of female entrepreneurship, especially in Algeria, including institutional voids and the ability to support and accompany female entrepreneurs.
