الملخص
المرسوم رقم 14/70 المؤرخ في 10 فيفري 2014 المحدد لشروط وكيفيات إيجار الأراضي الوقفية المخصصة للفلاحة، لم يكتف بتنظيم إيجار الأراضي الوقفية الفلاحية بل نظم في الفصل الرابع منه كيفية استغلال الأملاك الوقفية المسترجعة من الدولة. حيث إن قانون الأوقاف وقانون التوجيه العقاري نصا على استرجاع أراضي الوقف المؤممة وتسويتها والتي أدمجت في صندوق الثورة الزراعية، وفي ذلك رغبة جلية في استثمار هذه الأملاك من أجل المساهمة في الدورة الاقتصادية والتنموية من خلال استحداث آليات قانونية جديدة. Decree No. 14/70 of February 10, 2014, specifying the conditions and modalities for renting endowment lands designated for agriculture, not only regulating the lease of agricultural endowment lands, but also regulating in the fourth chapter of it how to exploit the endowment properties recovered from the state. As the Law of Endowments and the Law of Real Estate Guidance provided for the recovery and settlement of the nationalized endowment lands, which were incorporated into the Agricultural Revolution Fund, and in this there is a clear desire to invest these properties in order to contribute to the economic and development cycle through the development of new legal mechanisms.
