الملخص

تقاس قيمة كل بلد بما يحتوي عليه من حضارة وتاريخ وجغرافيا. بحكم موقعها في الحوض الأبيض المتوسط تزخر الجزائر بعده مواقع أثرية من بينها من لم ينال ما يستحقه من الدراسة والاستكشاف. يهدف هذاالبحث إلى دراسة الموقع الأثري مشتة النهار(كالديس) بقسنطينة وإبراز ما يكتنزه من خلال المعطيات التاريخية والإكتشافات الأثرية التي عثر عليها في الموقع، فهو يمثل مدينة كاملة لازالت تحت الأنقاض، مما يطرح تساؤل حول طبيعة هذا الموقع التي جلبت الإنسان مبكرا للإستقرار فيه؟ وما دوافع هذا الاستقرار المبكر؟ والاستفسار عن توسعه العمراني خلال الفترة النوميدية البونية وخصوصا الفترة الرومانية؟ وهل كان للموقع خصائص استثنائية ميزته وأعطته هذا الاهتمام. سمحت الدراسة بإبراز الأهمية التاريخية والأثرية للموقع للاهتمام به من الجانب النظري والتطبيقي مع تقديم عدة اقتراحات وتوصيات للمساهمة في النهوض به وحسن استغلاله. The value of each country is presented through its history, civilization, and geography. Algeria, in particular, is rich in unique archaeological sites in the Mediterranean Basin, some of which have not been adequately studied or explored. This research aims to study the remarkable archaeological site of Mashat al-Nahar (Calidis) in Constantine and highlight the historical treasures and archaeological discoveries found at this site. The site is considered a complete city still buried under the ruins, raising questions about its intriguing nature that led early humans to inhabit and settle in this location. What were the motives that contributed to this early settlement? Did the site possess exceptional characteristics that attracted attention and urban development, especially during the Numidian and Mauritanian periods, particularly in the Roman era? Finally, does the archaeological site have unique features that have contributed to its significance and deserved attention? This study has presented the historical and archaeological importance of the site and emphasized the need for theoretical and practical attention to it. Several suggestions and recommendations havebeen proposed to contribute to its development and optimal utilization
