الملخص

لقد انتشرت تطبيقات واستخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في شتى المجالات وعلى جميع المستويات و خاصة الاقتصادية منها، فتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال تلعب الدور الرئيسي في اقتصاديات المعرفة، وهي التي تساعد على قيام مجتمع المعرفة وتعطيه خصائصه ومقوماته ،إن أنماط الإنتاج و الاستهلاك و التسويق وإعادة الإنتاج للمواد و السلع و الخدمات في المجتمعات المعاصرة اخدة في التطور و التغير بالقدر الذي تتغير فيه العناصر المكونة لعمليات الإنتاج الاقتصادي اللامادي و نظمه و منظوماته و آلياته.اقتصاد المعرفة أو الاقتصاد الرمزي ارتبط اليوم و- أكثر من أي وقت مضى -بتكنولوجيا المعلومات و تكنولوجيا صناعة البرمجيات و أنظمة المعلومات الفائقة الذكاء، وارتبط الاقتصاد الجديد بالمعلومات و البيانات و الرموز و المعارف وكان من الضروري توضيح و فهم و تفسير العلاقة الاقتصادية المعلوماتية في المجتمع المعلوماتي –المعرفي الجديد. The applications and uses of information technology have spread in various fields and at all levels, especially the economic ones. Information and communication technology plays the main role in knowledge economies, and it is what helps to establish a knowledge society and gives it its characteristics and components. The patterns of production, consumption, marketing and reproduction of materials and commodities and Services in contemporary societies are evolving and changing to the extent that the constituent elements of immaterial economic production processes, systems, systems and mechanisms change. Intelligence, and the new economy was linked to information, data, symbols and knowledge, and it was necessary to clarify, understand and explain the information economic relationship in the new information- knowledge society
