التنمية الريفية مفهومها ومقارباتها السوسيولوجية

الملخص
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى القاء الضوء على موضوع مهم من المواضيع المرتبطة بالمجتمع الريفي وهو التنمية الريفية، هذه الأخيرة التي شكلت اهتمام العديد من المفكرين الاقتصاديين وعلماء الاجتماع ومختلف الهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية ، وقد تعددت المفاهيم المرتبطة بها تبعا لتعدد المداخل النظرية التي تناولتها ، فهناك من يرى بأنها استراتيجية مصممة بهدف تطوير وتحسين الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لمجموعة من الناس في المناطق الريفية ، وهناك من يرى بأن هذه الاستراتيجية تكون متكاملة لتشمل تنمية مختلف نواحي المجتمع الريفي وتسهم في تطوير الانسان الريفي ليصبح فاعلا وذا قدرة على تأمين معيشته والمساهمة في تطوير مجتمعه، وبين هذا وذاك سنحاول في هذه الورقة البحثية الاشارة الى مختلف هذه الاختلافات النظرية والمقاربات المفسرة لها.This article aims to shed light on an important topic of topics related to rural society, which is rural development, the latter that formed the attention of many economic thinkers, sociologists and various government agencies and organizations, and the concepts associated with them have multiplied according to the multiplicity of theoretical entrances that dealt with, there are those who see it A strategy designed with the aim of developing and improving the social and economic life of a group of people in rural areas, and there are those who see that this strategy is integrated to include the development of various aspects of rural society It contributes to developing a rural person to become effective and has the ability to secure his livelihood and contribute to the development of his community, and between this and that we will try in this research paper to refer to the various theoretical differences and approaches interpreted by them
