ملخص تعرف الإدارة في الدول العربية عامة وفي الجزائر خاصة إصلاحا سياسياً تسعى من خلاله إلى تعديل وتطوير الإدارة المحلية، وتبحث هذه الورقة البحثية في: إشكالية العراقيل التي تواجه عملية الإصلاح السياسي في الجزائر بين السعي نح تطورات العصرنة ومحاولة إدخالها إلى مجال التعامل الإجاري والنمط التقليدي الموروث عن الإدارة الفرنسية، مما يستدعي المطالبة المستمرة بالإصلاحات وتحقيق الحكم الراشد. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإصلاح السياسي، التنمية الإدارية، الحكومة الإلكترونية، الحكم الراشد، الجزائر. Abstract: The administration in the Arab countries in general and in Algeria in particular is known as a political reform through which it seeks to modify and develop the local administration and improve its public service. This paper examines the obstacles facing the process of political reform in Algeria between the pursuit of modernization developments and the attempt to introduce them into the field of administrative dealing The traditional demands of the French administration, which calls for continued demand for reforms and good governance.
