الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة الفساد ظاهرة عالمية شديدة الانتشار، وقد أثرت هاته الآفة على الدولة الجزائرية خاصة على استقرارها السياسي والاجتماعي والأمني من الناحية الداخلية والخارجية. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في التعرف على الفساد السياسي نظريا، و تبيان حقيقته في الدولة الجزائرية وكيف أثر على تنميتها واستقرارها وحتى على علاقة الدولة بالمجتمع، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الآليات القانونية والسياسية المتبناة من قبل السلطات الجزائرية لمكافحة آفة الفساد، تعالج الدراسة إشكالية والمتمثلة في ما طبيعة التأثيرات التي ميزت النظام الحاكم في الجزائر من خلال تفشي ظاهرة الفساد السياسي، النتائج المتوصل إليها هي أنه رغم سن الجزائر للعديد من القوانين وإنشاء المؤسسات والهيئات لمكافحة الفساد إلا أنها لم تحقق النتائج المتوخاة من الاستراتيجية التي تبنتها في مكافحته. The phenomenon of corruption is a very widespread global phenomenon, and this scourge has affected the Algerian state, especially on its political, social and security stability, both internally and internationally. The importance of the study depend on identifying political corruption, and showing its reality in the Algerian state and how it affected its development and stability, and even the relationship of the state with society, in addition to identifying the legal and political mechanisms adopted by the Algerian authorities to combat the scourge of corruption. The study addresses the problem of what is the nature of The effects that characterized the ruling regime in Algeria through the spread of the phenomenon of political corruption, the results reached are that despite the enactment of many laws in Algeria and the establishment of institutions and bodies to combat corruption, it did not achieve the desired results of the strategy adopted in combating it.
