الملخص
نظرا للظروف المناخية التي أحاطت بالبيئة وغيرت حالتها الطبيعية ونظرا لتدخل الانسان بطريقة مباشرة لهدف البحث واستخدام الموارد الطبيعية، الأمر الذي أدى الى نتائج وخيمة تمثلت في التلوث من جهة وتغير في طبيعة الجو من جهة أخرى، مما زاد من سخونة الأرض وهدد الحياة بصفة عامة. الأمر الذي تطلب بديل آمن واقتصادي ومتوفر طبيعا ألا وهو الطاقات المتجددة ووقود المستقبل رغم أن العملية تحتاج مدى زمني بحدود 2030 إثر ذلك سارعت المنظمات الدولية والدول لتشريع يناسب الحدث الطاقوي. Due to the climatic conditions that surrounded the environment and changed its natural state and also the direct human intervention for the purpose of research and the use of natural resources, which led to dire results represented in pollution on the one hand and a change in the nature of the atmosphere on the other hand, which increased the heat of the earth and threatened life in general. which It required a safe, economical, and naturally available alternative, which is renewable energies and future fuels, although the process needs a time frame around 2030. After that, international organizations and countries rushed to legislate appropriate to the energy event.
