الملخص
الملخص: تتناول الورقة البحثية موضوع التجربة الجزائرية لمكافحة ظاهرة الفساد والذي يعتبر من مواضيع الساعة، إذ لا تزال وسائل الإعلام المختلفة والهيئات الدولية المتخصصة في مكافحة الفساد على غرار منظمة الشفافية الدولية، تعتبر الجزائر من أكثر الدول فسادا وتضعها في ذيل الترتيب في هذا المجال، لذلك تصاعد نداءات ومقولات إعادة البناء على المستوى الفكري و الممارستي لإدارة وتسيير شؤون الدولة وفق منطق الشفافية والمساءلة، وضرورة مراجعة المرتكزات القانونية والمؤسساتية السابقة التي فشلت في بناء منظومة وطنية حقيقية لمكافحة الفساد، خصوصا و أن هذه الآفة أخذت تتجاوز حدود الدولة الواحدة لتصبح ظاهرة دولية، لم يعد من الممكن التعامل معها من خلال الإجراءات الوطنية فقط. Abstract: The research paper deals with the topic of the Algerian experience in combating the phenomenon of corruption, which is considered one of the topical topics, as the various media outlets and international bodies specialized in combating corruption, such as Transparency International, still consider Algeria one of the most corrupt countries and put it at the bottom of the ranking in this field, so calls escalate And the arguments for rebuilding at the intellectual and practical level to manage and conduct state affairs according to the logic of transparency and accountability, and the need to review the previous legal and institutional foundations that failed to build a real national system to combat corruption, especially since this scourge began to go beyond the borders of one country to become an international phenomenon, it is no longer possible Dealing with it through national procedures only.
