الملخص
الملخص تعتبر مكاتب التصويت النواة الاساسية في تسيير وادارة العملية الانتخابية اثناء عملية الاقتراع، بإشرافها المباشر على العملية، ووفر لها المشرع شروط الحياد والنزاهة لضمان اكثر استقلالية للانتخابات، واولى لها اهمية كبيرة لتحديد تشكيلة اعضاء مكاتب التصويت باعتبارها الاطار البشري الساهر على نزاهة العملية الانتخابية، كما خصها باجراءات الطعن الاداري والقضائي وحدد المحكمة الادارية كجهة قضائية مختصة للنظر في منازعات تشكيل اعضاء مكاتب التصويت. Abstract: Voting offices are the main nucleus in managing the electoral process during the voting process. with its direct supervision of the process, The legislator provided it with the conditions of impartiality and integrity to ensure more independence for the election, It attaches great importance to determining the composition of the members of Voting offices, as it is the human framework that control the integrity of the electoral process, It also singled it out for administrative and judicial appeal procedures and specified the Administrative Court as the competent judicial body to consider disputes regarding the formation of members of voting bureaus.
