أدوار المعلم الصفّية على ضوء إستراتيجية الإدارة الذاتية للمدرسة دراسة استشرافية

الملخص
تهدف الورقة البحثية الحالية إلى تحديد ادوار المعلم الصفية على ضوء إستراتيجية الإدارة الذاتية، حيث تبرز قدرات وإمكانيات المعلم في إدارة الصف، وإعطاءه مجال لتوظيفها مع ما يتناسب المرحلة العمرية للطالب ومخرجات التعليم ، وذلك من خلال إلقاء الضوء على أهمية هذه الأدوار، وإمكانيات ممارستها، والتحديات التي تحول دون ممارستها، والسبل المعينة على تنفيذها . وقد توصل الباحثان إلى أن مبررات استخدام هذه الاستراتيجية هو لحاجة المعلمين لتحرير ادوارهم الصفية وتقديم اداء افضل، والانتقال من المركزية الى الالمركزية في اصدار القرارات التربوية. The current research paper aims to define the roles of the classroom teacher in the light of the self-management strategy, highlighting the abilities and potential of the teacher in the management of the class and giving him or her the scope to employ them in line with the age of the student and the output of the education, by highlighting the importance of these roles, the possibilities for their exercise, the challenges that prevent them from being exercised and the means that identify their implementation. The researchers found that the rationale for using this strategy was the need for teachers to liberalize their class roles, deliver better performance, and move from centralization to decentralization in educational decisions.
