الملخص
ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال جملة من العناصر المتعلقة بضرورة تثمين التراث الثقافي الوطني في شقيه المادي واللامادي واستغلاله على النحو الذي يتناسب مع امكانيات البلد طبيعيا وجغرافيا وحضاريا، اذ لا يمكن الوصول الى تحقيق النماء الاقتصادي الا بتنويع الدخل الوطني والتوجه الى الاستثمار السياحي بتفعيل مبادئ الهندسة الثقافية وكذا اشراك فعاليات المجتمع المحلــــي للدفع بالعملية التنموية، ورفـــــع مستويات الاستجابة للبرامج والمخططات الحكومية ذات الصلة بترقية الموروث و تثمينه، وهو ما يتطلب تبني إقترابات علمية تتلاقح فيها التخصصات، وتتقاطع فيها الخبرات بما يضمن التغلب على المعوقات وتدليلها خدمة لمشروع التنمية. عبر الاستفادة من مخرجات البحوث الاكاديمية لاسيما في الأنثروبولوجيا التي لا ينحصر مجالها كاختصاص في مجال محدد بعينه خاصة مع اتساع دائرة البحوث في الأنثروبولوجيا الاقتصادية وأنثروبولوجية التنمية. فضلا على ضرورة الاعتماد على الرقمنة كألية للتعريف بالتراث والجذب والانعاش السياحي، والاشهار بكل ما تزحر به الجزائر من مقومات سياحية وأثرية وثقافية. Abstract : This article deals with a number of elements related to the necessity of valuing the national cultural heritage in its material and non-material aspects and exploiting it in a way that is commensurate with the natural, geographical and cultural capabilities of the country, since it is not possible to achieve economic development without diversifying national income and paying attention to tourism investment by activating the principles of cultural engineering, as well as The activities of the local community to promote development, and raise the level of response to government programs and plans related to the promotion and appreciation of heritage, which requires the adoption of scientific approaches in which specialties meet, and expertise intersects in order to ensure that obstacles are overcome and that they serve the development project. by using the results of academic research, especially in anthropology, which does not include fields such as special scientific specialization in a specific field, especially with the expansion of research in economic anthropology and development anthropology. Moreover, it is necessary to rely on digitalization as a means of introducing the touristic heritage, attraction, and revitalization, as well as showing all the touristic, historical, and cultural attractions of Algeria.
