إشكالية حقوق الإنسان في الفكر العربي المعاصر محمد عابد الجابري أنموذجا

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية، هذه الإشكالية التي كانت و لازالت تطرح عند الفلاسفة و المفكرين, في التأملات الفكرية و الأبحاث الفلسفية و هذا راجع للاهتمام بقضايا الإنسان و الواقع المعاش، و لأن موضوعها يشكل جدلا فكريا و صراعا سياسيا في الوقت الراهن، فقد ارتبط موضوعها أيضا بالأنظمة المختلفة, خاصة الديمقراطية في الفكر الغربي و الفكر العربي، إن من أبرز المفكرين الذين تناولوا إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية في الفكر العربي المعاصر نجد محمد عابد الجابري الذي طرح أفكاره و قدم مراجعته لحقوق الإنسان في المرجعيات الأوروبية والمرجعية الإسلامية ما دفعنا في هذه الورقة البحثية هو عرض موقف الجابري من إشكالية الحقوق الإنسانية. This article aimis to shed light on the problem of human rights, this problem that was and still is raised by philosophers and thinkers in intellectual reflections and philosophical research, and this is due to the interest in human issues and living reality, and because its subject constitutes intellectual controversy and political struggle at the present time Its topic has also been linked to various systems, especially democracy in Western thought and Arab thought, among the most prominent thinkers who dealt with the problem of human rights in contemporary Arab thought, we find Muhammad Abed Al -Jabri, who presented his ideas and presented his review of human rights in European references and Islamic reference, which prompted us in this research paper It is the presentation of Al -Jabri position on the problem of human rights.
