الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التطرق لموضوع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر بالبحث والدراسة، والاستراتيجية التي تبنتها الدولة الجزائرية لدعم وتطوير هذه المؤسسات، والتعرف على مختلف عوامل نجاح شركة يسير باعتبارها نموذجا رائدا للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، حيث تمحورت إشكالية الدراسة حول كيف يمكن تقييم تجربة شركة يسير كنموذج واعد للشركات الناشئة في الجزائر من خلال عوامل نجاحها التحديات التي تواجهها. حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر أيقنت ضرورة تبني استراتيجية فعالة لدعم وتنمية المؤسسات الناشئة من خلال توفير نظام بيئي ملائم لعمل هذه المؤسسات، حيث ظهرت شركة يسير للواجهة على غرار شركات أخرى والتي حققت نجاحا كبيرا في السوقين المحلي والدولي وها راجع أساسا إلى روح الريادة التي يتسم بها مؤسسوها وكفاءتهم ومؤهلاتهم العلمية وطموحاتهم لبلوغ القمة. Through this research paper, we aim to study the issue of start-up enterprises in Algeria , the strategy adopted by the Algerian state to support and develop these institutions, and to identify the various success factors of Yassir as a leading model for start-up enterprises in Algeria. The problematic of the study revolved around how the experience of Yassir Company can be evaluated as a promising model for startups in Algeria through its success factors and the challenges it faces. Where we used the descriptive analytical approach, as the study concluded that Algeria realized the need to adopt an effective strategy to support and develop emerging enterprises by providing an environmental system suitable for the work of these institutions, as Yassir Company appeared to the fore, similar to other companies that achieved great success in the local and international markets, and here we see Mainly due to the pioneering spirit that characterizes its founders, their competence, their scientific qualifications.
