الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الإحاطة بمصطلح المواطنة المؤسسية والخوض في قواعدها بالشركة الوطنية لإنتاج الكهرباء ش.د.أ وحدة جيجل، والبحث عن مدى تبني الشركة لأبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية، و إجراءات تفعيلها من أجل حماية البيئة، ودعم المجتمع المحلي. وعليه استعانت الباحثة بمنهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج الوصفي، تم التوصل فيه إلى نتائج تؤكد تبني المؤسسة للمسؤولية الاجتماعية والمرتكزة بالأساس على دعم الموارد البشرية من خلال التكوين والتدريب المكثف، واستحداث وسائل العمل و جلب للتكنولوجيات الحديثة، الهدف منها ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة و الحد من التلويث. This study has targeted to comprehend the term institutional citizenship and delve into its rules at the national electricity production company (SPE), the jijel unit, well we searching for the extent to which the company has adopted the dimensions of social responsibility, and the procedures to activating them in order to lay the foundations for environmental protection and community support. Accordingly, the researcher used the case study, and the descriptive method; Then the results were interpreted in light of that confirm the institution’s adoption of this responsibility and is mainly based on supporting human resources through and intensive training, and adopting the policy of developing work methods and bringing modernity of technologies which is rationalizing energy production and consumption and reducing pollution.
