صعوبات الدراسات الديموغرافية في الجزائر

الملخص
تتناول الدراسة موضوع الصعوبات التي تواجه الدراسات الديموغرافية في تحليل ظواهرها الرئيسية المتمثلة في الوفيات ووالخصوبة و الهجرة بنوعيها . تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة هاته المشكلات وبالتحديد المتعلقة بظاهرة الهجرة الداخلية والتي تاخذ النصيب الاكبر من الصعوبات والمشاكل محاولين اقتراح حلول لها ،باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من اجل تحليل اخر الاحصائيات المتوفرة لدينا اثناء انجاز الدراسة و المنشورة من قبل الديوان الوطني للاحصائيات، وقد توصلنا الي انه هناك تهميش كبير تواجهه الهجرة الداخلية خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالجانب الكمي من حيث توفر الارقام ومصادر المعطيات والدقة المرغوب فيها مقارنة بكل من ظاهرتي الخصوبة والوفيات اللذان تتوفر احصائيات حديثة عنهما بعكسها، وعليه لا بد من اعادة الاعتبار لها من خلال اعطائها حيزا اكبر من الاسئلة المطروحة في استمارة التعداد العام للسكان والسكن و ضرورة انجاز مسوحات وتحقيقات تعالج الظاهرة وربطها بمختلف المحددات والخصائص الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والديموغرافية لما لها من فائدة ودور فعال في التنمية والتنمية المستدامة للبلاد. Résumé L'étude traite des difficultés rencontrées par les études démographiques pour analyser leurs principaux phénomènes de mortalité, de fécondité et de migration. Nous avons conclu qu’il y a une grande marginalisation face à la migration interne, surtout en ce qui concerne l’aspect quantitatif en termes de disponibilité des chiffres et des sources de données et la précision souhaitée par rapport aux phénomènes de fécondité et de mortalité, qui ont des statistiques récentes à leur sujet. Elle doit donc être reconsidérée en leur donnant plus d’espace que les questions soulevées dans le questionnaire général de recensement de la population et du logement, et la nécessité de mener des enquêtes et des enquêtes qui abordent le phénomène et le relient aux diverses caractéristiques économiques, sociales et démographiques en raison de son utilité et de son rôle efficace dans le développement durable Abstract The study deals with the difficulties faced by demographic studies in analyzing their main manifestations of mortality, fertility and migration. The study aims to know these problems, namely those related to the phenomenon of internal migration, which takes the biggest share of difficulties and problems and try to suggest solutions to them, using the descriptive-analytical method to analyze the latest statistics available to us during the study and published by the National Bureau of Statistics. We have concluded that there is a great marginalization faced by internal migration, especially about the quantitative aspect in terms of the availability of the figures, sources of data and the desired accuracy compared to both the fertility and mortality phenomena, which have recent statistics about them. It must therefore be re-considered by giving them more space than the questions raised in the general population and housing census form and the need to be completed...
