التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين أداء القطاع الصناعي العمومي في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: في ظل التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الصناعي العمومي بالجزائر ومستجدات الثورة الرقمية ، أصبح التوجه نحو دعم التحول الرقمي في هذا القطاع عاملاً أساسياً لتحسين أداء مؤسساته وتحفيز النمو الصناعي المستدام. وهدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز ماهية التحول الرقمي ، وتسليط الضوء على مشاكل وتحديات المؤسسات الصناعية العمومية ، وتبيان مدى استعدادها للتكيف مع التحولات الرقمية ، ومساهمة هذه الأخيرة في تحسين أداء القطاع الصناعي العمومي في الجزائر. وتم التوصل إلى أن التحول الرقمي يوفر فرص واعدة للاستثمار، والإبداع والابتكار ويساعد المؤسسات على التوسع والانتشار، وأن توظيفه في تطوير الإنتاج والمنتجات وأساليب السوق، يعتبر أحد مفاتيح البقاء والاستقرار. Abstract: In view of the challenges facing Algeria's public industrial sector and the developments of the digital revolution, the trend towards supporting digital transformation in this sector has become essential to improving the performance of its institutions and stimulating sustainable industrial growth.The study aimed to highlight what digital transformation is, the problems and challenges of public industrial enterprises, demonstrate their readiness to adapt to digital transformations and the latter's contribution to improving the performance of Algeria's public industrial sector. It was found that digital transformation provides promising opportunities for investment, creativity and innovation and helps enterprises expand and spread their business. Therefore, employing it in the development of production, products and market methods is one of the keys to survival and continuity.
