تثمين التراث الشفوي في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري في المناهج الدراسية الجزائرية (العلوم الاجتماعية نموذجًا)

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس مدى تثمين التراث الشفوي الذي تزخر به منطقة الجنوب الغربي الجزائري، للخروج به إلى العَلَنِ، واستثماره في الترقية السياحية والثقافية. فنتساءل عن دور الدولة الجزائرية في تثمين هذا التراث، والعناية به، والحفاظ عليه، ومدى تعويلها على قيمته الثقافية والاقتصادية؛ في ظل الضرورة المُلِحَّة لبدائل تنموية حقيقية في البلاد. وأحد أهم محكات قياس هذا الجانب، هي المناهج التربوية، والكتب المدرسية؛ باعتبارها إصدارات رسمية للدولة الجزائرية، وتعكس اهتماماتها وأولوياتها. فإلى أي مدى تُثَــــمِّــــن المناهج والكتب المدرسية لمادة العلوم الاجتماعية – في الأطوار الثلاث – التراث الشفوي للجنوب الغربي الجزائري؟ وماهي آفاق استغلالها في التعريف بهذا الموروث؛ وآفاق استغلاله هو في التنمية السياحية في البلاد؟ وذلك من خلال دراسة وصفية، ترتكز على الأرقام والإحصائيات، والتي توضح مدى تهميش هذا الموروث وتغييبه في المحتويات التعليمية التي يتلقاها التلاميذ في مادة العلوم الاجتماعية للأطوار الثلاث، لذا نتقدم في الأخير بمجموعة اقتراحات واقعية لتثمين هذا الموروث، في ضوء الإمكانات المُتَاحة. Abstract: This research aims to measure the extent to which the oral heritage of the southwestern Algerian region is valued, to introduce it, and to invest it in tourism and cultural promotion. We wonder about the role of the Algerian state in valuing this heritage, taking care of it, and preserving it, and the extent of its reliance on its cultural and economic value in the country. One of the most important means of measuring this aspect is educational curricula and textbooks. Because they are official publications of the Algerian state, and reflect its interests. To what extent do curricula and textbooks for social sciences - in the three phases - value the oral heritage of southwestern Algeria? What are the prospects for exploiting it in defining this heritage? And the prospects for its exploitation is in the country's tourism development? This is through a descriptive study, based on numbers and statistics, which shows the extent to which this heritage has been marginalized and absent in the educational contents that are presented to students in the social sciences for the three phases. Therefore, we present in the end a set of realistic suggestions for valuing this heritage, in light of the available possibilities.
