إنشاء المكتبات المدرسية في العصر الرقمي بين الالتزام بالمعايير المهنية الأساسية واستغلال تكنولوجيا المعلومات الحديثة: مشروع مقترح لإنشاء مكتبة مدرسية وفق مبادئ Ifla ومعايير Aasl

الملخص
يهدف المقال إلى تقديم أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالمكتبة المدرسية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات التي ساهمت في تحويلها من الشكل التقليدي إلى الرقمي، كما نقدم من خلاله مشروعا مقترحا لإنشاء مكتبة مدرسية نموذجية تجمع بين المعايير الموصى بها من طرف كل من منظمة الإفلا والجمعية الأمريكية للمكتبات المدرسية، وبين خيارات التكنولوجيا الحديثة بما يتناسب مع الشروط القانونية والإمكانيات التكنولوجية المتوفرة في الجزائر. وقد استعملنا كلا من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي للوصول للنتائج المرجوة من الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا أداة المقابلة للحصول على أهم المعلومات والبيانات حول مدرسة إسماعيل يفصح 2. ولعل أبرز النتائج المتوصل إليها هي غياب الوسائل التي من شأنها المساهمة في إنشاء بيئة مكتبات رقمية على مستوى المدرسة محل الدراسة إضافة لغياب الموظفين المؤهلين لإدارة المكتبة في حال إنشائها، وعليه اقترحنا بعض التوصيات التي أهمها توظيف أمناء للمكتبة لمتخصصين فور إنشائها والحرص على توفير أهم الوسائل الإلكترونية التي تساعد أمناء المكتبة في إنجاز مهامهم الوظيفية بمهارة وليونة. The article aims to present the most important concepts related to the school library and information technology that contributed to its transformation from the traditional to the digital form. We also present through it a proposed project to establish a model school library that combines the standards recommended by IFLA and the American School Libraries Association, and among technology options. Modern technology, commensurate with the legal conditions and technological capabilities available in Algeria. We used the analytical descriptive approach and the statistical approach to reach the desired results of the study, and we also adopted the interview tool to obtain the necessary information and data about Ismail Yafsah 2 School. Perhaps the most prominent of the results reached is the absence of means that would contribute to the establishment of a digital library environment at the level of the school under study, in addition to the absence of qualified staff to manage the library in the event of its establishment. Therefore, we proposed some recommendations, the most important of which is the employment of specialized librarians immediately after its establishment and ensuring the provision of the most important means Electronic devices that assist librarians in accomplishing their job tasks with skill and softness.
