الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان مساهمة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير جل القطاعات الخدماتية في الجزائر وقطاع التعليم العالي بالخصوص، من خلال تبني هذه الاخيرة لقواعد وأسس تطبيق الجودة تحقق رغبات مؤسسات التعليم العالي مع ضمان حقوق وتوفير جو العمل المناسب للطاقم الاداري في هذه المؤسسات، حيث توصلنا الى أن مؤسسات التعليم في طريقها نحو تبني هذا الخيار والعمل على تطوير قطاعها بما يلائم التطور الدولي في جودة الخدمات المقدمة . The study aims to demonstrate the contribution of total quality to the development of most of the service sectors in Algeria and the higher education sector in particular, through the latter's adoption of the rules and foundations of applying quality to achieve the desires of higher education institutions while guaranteeing rights and providing an appropriate work environment for the administrative staff in these institutions, as we concluded that Education institutions are on their way towards adopting this option and working to develop their sector in line with the international development in the quality of services provided.
