الملخص
تستهدف هاته الدراسة العلمية الكشف عن حدود ومستوى مهارات الثقافة المعلوماتية الرقمية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة وهران أحمد بن بلة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية ومدى وعييهم بهذا المفهوم من خلال امتلاك القدرات والمهارات اللازمة لتوظيفه وممارسته ممارسة علمية وتطبيقية و التركيز على جودة الإنتاجية العلمية في محاولة لنشر هذا المفهوم في الأوساط الأكاديمية ودمجه في المناهج والمقررات الدراسية، تستند الدراسة إلى المنهج الاستنباطي والاستقرائي، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ هناك مستوى مقبول من الثقافة المعلوماتية الرقمية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين لديها تأثير على الممارسة ولكن تبقى دائما في حاجة إلى التطوير والتحسين المستمر، من خلال تفعيل جودة برامج التكوين الأكاديمي وتطوير مهارات التعلم والتكوين الذاتي والتأطير للتعلم مدى الحياة باعتبارها ثقافة ديناميكية مفتوحة للتغيير وفقا لتطور المعارف النظرية العلمية وممارسات الخبرة المهنية. The Purpose of This article to reveal the limits and level of digital information literacy among university professors and the extent of their awareness of this concept by possessing the capabilities and skills necessary to employ it and practice scientific and applied practice and focus on the quality of scientific productivity in an attempt to spread this concept in academic circles and integrate it into curricula and curricula, based on The study turned to the deductive and inductive approach, as the study concluded that there is an acceptable level of digital information literacy for university professors at the University of Oran, but it always remains in need of continuous development and improvement, by activating the quality of academic training programs, developing learning skills, self-formation and framing for lifelong learning as A dynamic culture open to change in accordance with the development of scientific theoretical knowledge and practice of professional experience
