الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على واقع نوعية التكوين الجامعي لدى الأخصائي النفساني العيادي في مجال تقنيات الفحص والعلاج النفسي، والكشف عن أهم العوامل المؤثرة على سيرورته من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وذلك بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي تم من خلاله توزيع إستبيان على عينة مكونة من (100) أستاذ جامعي، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: - وجود قصور في نوعية التكوين الجامعي في مجال تقنيات الفحص والعلاج النفسي. -العوامل التي تؤثر سلبا على نوعية التكوين تجسدت من خلال: (نقص الكفاءة البيداغوجية، ضعف التكوين الأكاديمي، و ضعف محتوى البرامج التكوينية). - توجد فروق في متوسطات إستجابة أفراد العينة، حول ضعف محتوى البرامج تعزى لمتغير الرتبة العلمية. Abstract : The present study aims to identify the quality of university education and training for the clinical psychologist, in the field “examination Techniques and psychotherapy”, and to explore the most important factors influencing it’s process ,from the faculty member point of view,in this study used descriptive and analytical approach through which a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (100) university professors. Results of this study showed to the following: -There is a weakness in the quality of university training in the field of “examination techniques and psychotherapy”. - factors that influenced quality of training negatively were the following: Weak of pedagogical competence, Weak of academic training in university ,and poor content of training programmes). -There are differences in the response averages of the sample members, about the weakness of the program content, due to the variable of scientific rank.
